Start on rotationShow the sign when you turn the phone sideways. Allow portraitOtherwise the sign turns to run along the long edge. Use entire screenTurn off to keep LEDs clear of the notch and rounded corners. Vibrate when finishedFor messages that do not repeat.

Not available in a web app

Maximum screen brightness: Websites cannot change it. Raise brightness in Control Center before showing the sign.
Haptics and camera flash: Safari offers neither to websites. Some Android browsers can vibrate, and the option above appears when they can.
Share extension: Use Share link instead. Opening the link shows its message right away.
Keeping the screen on: The sign asks the browser to keep the screen awake while it is showing.

Messages and settings stay on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Add to Home Screen

Installed, the sign opens like an app, fills the screen and works offline.

In Safari, tap the Share button. On newer iPhones it may sit behind the ••• button.
Scroll down and choose Add to Home Screen. If you do not see it, tap View More.
Leave Open as Web App on, then tap Add.

Websites cannot open this sheet for you; Apple reserves it for the Share menu.
